Our Process
Understand - Initial site visits, meetings and preliminary design work help better understand the goals of the project and its parameters. These drive the project and steer its direction.
Design - The Design Phase builds out a detailed project scope and budget. Plans, engineering, permits all come into place. Interior design and aesthetics are carefully considered. Client feedback is sought after and incorporated into the plans.
Build - Clarity executes construction of the plans using a courteous team of talented tradespeople. Clients walkthrough routinely and building inspections are scheduled and attended by lead carpenters or project managers. Material supply chain is important and PM’s rely on plans and client selections to ensure timely delivery. Clean job sites and good communication between team members allow the trades to work efficiently while they pour themselves into the task at hand until the job is done!
